Great location in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. Convenient check-in and check-out process. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the city.
The parking was expensive and limited, making it a hassle for guests with vehicles. Some staff members were not friendly or welcoming during check-in, which left a negative first impression.

1. Good location. 2. Accomodating for late check-up till 2pm upon request.
1. Did not provide bedroom slippers, when called to request for it, they only brought up 1 pair, when the room has 2 tenants. 2. Air conditioning in room seem not working very well rather weak, room is very warm in the day time even when temp is set at coldest.

Reception and concierge staff were friendly and helpful.
We were allocated room 1202 and of the five night stay slept on the floor for four nights. When I told the reception staff that there was a problem with the mattress I was told the the beds are generally known to be 'soft' and that there really wasn't much that could be done. We took that at face value and had so many commitments during our stay that changing hotels wasn't an option. When checking out we told the reception staff again that we had slept on the floor and our parking fees were discounted from our total bill which was very much apprceiated. I left confident that Rydges would do something about the mattress.

The hotel has great new accommodation that was clean and provided lovely views. the service was excellent, especially at the bar/restaurant. the hotel is centrally located near public transportation and the city's shopping area.
The rooms were disappointing as they appeared tired and not well-maintained. the pillows were flat and there were scuff marks on the walls.

We loved the location in the center of town close to everything including the free cat bus. The bed was great and the room well appointed.
I did not care for the restaurant. We ate breakfast there twice. The food was fine but the environment was not. The tables and chairs were more suited for a cheap coffee shop. The chairs made a terrible noise when moved. Why not put felt cushions on the chair legs? There were plastic table tops with no tablecloths. A flower or touch of color would have softened the stark layout. Service was spotty to barely adequate.

Staff excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort excellent.
Hair dryer broken but one phone call and it was replaced. No mini bar price list until we asked for it. Forgot how expensive mini bars are. Breakfast not included and was an expensive add on.

Located right in the center of the CBD, this hotel is perfect for families with children. It is just a short walk to the cinema and the convention center, making it convenient for entertainment and events. the spacious rooms offer a quiet and comfortable stay, with helpful and friendly staff. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, and the hotel also features a cafe/restaurant at the front. it is a great choice for families looking for a central location with excellent service.
The internet connection in the rooms can be slow and the decor may be a bit outdated.

A clean, comfortable hotel with a central location. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Food and drink are expensive (a pint and glass of wine costs the equivalent of £12), however this is in line with other places in the city.
